Returning an item

14 Day Returns

If you do not require a product and it is within fourteen working days from the day after delivery and the item is unused, in its original packaging with all parts, tools and manuals and is in a saleable condition you may request a returns number providing it is not one of the following:

• Water Treatment items including pool & spa chemicals

• Adhesives/Vinyl Repair Kits

• Toys, Games and Inflatables

Exchanging an item 

If you bought the item online, you can also simply place a new order for the item you want, and return the item you do not want, ensuring it is within our 14-day return period and meets the above 

You are responsible for the costs and arranging the return of the items, original delivery charges will not be refunded.
